Sole Conspiracy (Sweden) and Shoemarker (Korea) sign licensing agreement.

Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB has executed a licensing agreement with a company within the Shoemarker Group.

Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB designs, markets and sells footwear under the registered trademarks Bobbie Burns and Jim Rickey.

Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB is bold, fast-growing company with hight profit margins. Last years turnover is expected to increase by 40% this year.

The company’s brief history goes back six years. Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB was formed by Henrik Standerth & Patrik Lakso, who after working for two of the leading footwear companies, believed that they had the energy and creativity to pursue their vision. Today, Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB market and sell their brands Bobbie Burns & Jim Rickey Sneakers worldwide,  but have retained their unique and exclusive quality.

In 2010, the retail chain had a turnover of 4 billion SEK. Shoemarker Inc expects to expand by opening more shops in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Mongolia.

Sole Conspiracy has executed a license agreement with Shoemarker. The agreement is anticipated to continue until September, 2021 and provides Shoemarker with a non-exclusive license limited to East Asia and Southeast Asia.

The financial value of the agreement is estimatted to be approximately 265 MSEK.

Bobbie Burns commences online marketing

Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB has developed an e-business platform for its Bobbie Burns brand. The platform is designed by Textalk AB in collaboration with Sole Conspiracy. Online marketing in Europe and Asia is expected to begin on 1 February 2012.

”Through the newly-formed company Sole Conspiracy E-Commerce AB and the newly-developed e-business platform, we hope to expand online sales as well as enhance our customers’ buying experience” according to Sole Conspiracy, Sales & Marketing Director Patrik Lakso.

Sole Conspiracy (Sweden) & Win Import (Israel) sign distribution agreement

Sole Conspiracy has executed a distribution agreement with Win Import & Marketing of Brands covering Israel due to commence in January 2012.

Win Import is a well-established distributor that will market and sell Sole Conspiracy’s brands Bobbie Burns and Jim Rickey Sneakers in the territory.

” Win Import has the ability to manage  strong brands as well as expand sales,” according to  Patrik Lakso, Sales & Marketing Director Sole Conspiracy.

Sole Conspiracy anticipates that expansion into Israel will only have limited effect on Sole Conspiracy’s turnover during 2012, but will have an increasing effect on turnover during 2013 as marketing efforts in the territory intensify.

Sole Conspiracy (Sweden) and Sportland Group (UAE) sign distribution agreement

Sole Conspiracy has executed a distribution agreement with Size Life Trading, a subsidiary of Sportland Group covering Bahrain, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Turkey, due to commence in January 2012.

Sportland Group is a well-established distributor that will market and sell Sole Conspiracy’s brands Bobbie Burns and Jim Rickey Sneakers in the territory.

Sportland Group’s goal is to begin marketing and sales to retailers and ultimately open its own chain of stores.

”It will be exciting to establish our brands Bobbie Burns and Jim Rickey Sneakers in the Middle East. Sportland Group provides us with a stable platform with a strong local presence”, according to Patrik Lakso, Sales & Marketing Director Sole Conspiracy.
