Sole Conspiracy (Sweden) and Shoemarker (Korea) sign licensing agreement.

Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB has executed a licensing agreement with a company within the Shoemarker Group.
Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB designs, markets and sells footwear under the registered trademarks Bobbie Burns and Jim Rickey.
Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB is bold, fast-growing company with hight profit margins. Last years turnover is expected to increase by 40% this year.
The company’s brief history goes back six years. Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB was formed by Henrik Standerth & Patrik Lakso, who after working for two of the leading footwear companies, believed that they had the energy and creativity to pursue their vision. Today, Sole Conspiracy Design Group AB market and sell their brands Bobbie Burns & Jim Rickey Sneakers worldwide, but have retained their unique and exclusive quality.

Shoemarker Inc was formed in 1999 and is one of Asia’s leading retail chains within the shoe industry. Shoemarker has expanded greatly during recent years and today has 224 Shoemarker stores in Korea.
In 2010, the retail chain had a turnover of 4 billion SEK. Shoemarker Inc expects to expand by opening more shops in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Mongolia.

Sole Conspiracy has executed a license agreement with Shoemarker. The agreement is anticipated to continue until September, 2021 and provides Shoemarker with a non-exclusive license limited to East Asia and Southeast Asia.
The financial value of the agreement is estimatted to be approximately 265 MSEK.
